Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
